NOTICE: It is recommended that silk screened shirts be washed in cold water ONLY, and if using a dryer, make sure to set on tumble dry low. Ideally, printed shirts would be washed with cold water and air dryed. Never use an iron or iron like device on silk screened items. Exposure to intense or excessive heat can prematurely fade and damage silk screened items.

REFUND POLICY: Customers of Elephant Shoe Printing have exactly 30 days from date of merchandise arrival to submit a request for return of items or reimbursement/refund for merchandise deemed of poor print quality or not satisfactory. Elephant Shoe Printing is not responsible for printed items that are not washed or cared for properly, which includes but is not limited to: washing printed items in hot or warm water, using bleach or caustic substances on printed items, using an iron or pressing device on printed items and the natural wear and tear. If a return or refund is determined to be the proper course of action and the poor quality or premature fading of printed items is found to be the fault of Elephant Shoe Printing and not that of the customer, the proper amount of refund will be calculated by Elephant Shoe Printing. The refund will not include the fees for shipping and handling or art design and screen fees. In most cases the faulty or unsatisfactory items are required to be returned in full to Elephant Shoe Printing for any kind of refund or partial reimbursement to be awarded, unless otherwise arranged by Elephant Shoe Printing.
